Last night, we set sail from South Georgia to head south towards the Antarctic peninsula. The swells were large with lots of pitching, which meant a great day for presentations, naps, and treats. We heard from multiple naturalists presenting throughout the day. The galley even prepared a special teatime treat of cinnamon and cardamom buns, enticing many guests to rise from naps and gather in the ice lounge. We have another day at sea tomorrow as we navigate toward Elephant Island.
