Our day began with cruising and whale watching in the Sea of Cortez near Gorda Banks, an area utilized by humpback whales for breeding and calving purposes. We enjoyed their company along with their songs for the morning and then made our way to the dock at San Jose del Cabo. Once in town, we explored the many shops, watched a glass blowing demonstration, searched for birds in the estuary, and quickly ate paletas before they melted in our hands. For sunset, we enjoyed the views of frigates soaring over the granite rocks the arch at Lands End.
