This morning, we arrived at a small port town called Húsavík. Guests had a myriad of activities to choose from today, including a walk to Lake Botnsvatn, experiencing thermally heated GeoSea baths, and gazing upon the wonders of Iceland’s treasured Lake Mývatn and Ásbyrgi Canyon. Our day was jam-packed with Iceland magic.
For an extra special treat this evening, we had a well-known Icelandic artist, Ösp Eldjárn, come on board to serenade our guests with her enchanting voice.
Tomorrow, we set sail, continuing our circumnavigation of Iceland. We are aiming for Grimsey Island for more exploring. What a lovely trip this has been so far.
