What a great day! We started early, and we ended late.
We began the day with a sunrise Zodiac cruise, and goodness, was it a beautiful sunrise. As we went up the river, we spotted incredible birdlife, a coyote, and a porcupine!
After this, we took a bus to Palouse Falls, where we were able to get a bird’s-eye view of the falls. It was a glorious sight, and we watched rock pigeons soar through the sky.
Although it would have already been a full, great day, we went through the Lower Monumental Lock by Zodiac in the afternoon. It was an incredible experience. Although rain was sprinkling as we passed through, it was an experience to remember.
