Our visit to the Palouse River and Lyons Ferry State Park at the confluence of the Palouse and Snake Rivers did not disappoint. The day was both exciting and serene. Water birds and wildlife captivated us throughout the day. Guests of National Geographic Seabird had the opportunity to learn about the region’s history at Lyons Ferry State Park in Washington.
