The dawn light spilled across the towering rocks at Land’s End as the captain carefully maneuvered the ship to provide close-up views of the iconic arch. After tying up at the marina in San José del Cabo, we traveled a short distance by bus for an opportunity to shop and explore the town center and/or visit a wetland habitat to watch birds. During the afternoon we sailed northeast and encountered a number of humpback whales.
