What an amazing day! Today we visited the west part of Isabela Island; the vegetation looks very dry but still have a lot of wild life. Very early in the morning we visited Urbina Bay were we expected to see the land iguanas, we had time to have a very nice picture from them and enjoy the trail listening some birds around us.
We thought that we had to wait until Friday to see the giant tortoises but today Alcedo tortoises were all around the trail. After this amazing walk, the National Geographic Islander moved to Tagus Cove. On this area with perfect conditions we had the option to do many activities like Snorkeling with penguins and fly less cormorant; kayaking, paddle boarding or zodiac riding around the bay looking for wild life or also the option to do a nice walk to the top of a volcanic formation to have a beautiful view.
