Billie McCaslin joined Lindblad Expeditions in 2002 as a Recruiter and quickly discovered a passion for connecting individuals with life-changing career opportunities. This, along with her passion for sustainable travel led to a long-standing career in Human Resources at Lindblad, where she has held several key positions, including HR Manager and HR Director, before being promoted to the role of Vice President in 2022.
With over two decades of experience, Billie has played a role in shaping the Lindblad's strategy and fostering a culture of excellence. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team she works to lead the strategic and operational functions of Human Resources and ensures alignment with business objectives and core values.
