The day began with golden light touching Punta Pitt, inviting early risers to hike among surreal volcanic landscapes. Red-footed boobies and frigatebirds soared, and the ocean sparkled. After the hike, the reward was a quiet beach. It was a perfect spot for a refreshing swim, a final snorkel with curious sea lions, or a chance to soak in the sun and salt air.
For those who chose a gentler start, Zodiac rides offered a peaceful glide along the coastline, where marine iguanas basked on rocks and playful birds flew in the distance. The beach awaited, soft and warm. Nature always sets the pace here.
In the afternoon, we explored Cerro Brujo, where fine white sand met turquoise waves. As we walked, the silhouette of Kicker Rock rose in the distance.
Later, with a cocktail in hand on the Upper Deck, we cruised past León Dormido bathed in sunset light. We took in one last breathtaking view and raised a glass with our captain. We shared memories and laughter as the week’s adventures played on the screen, reminding us that some places change you forever.
