Ezra Siegel

Ezra Siegel is a Naturalist with a professional interest in history, culture and the natural world. Drawn to travel from an early age, he pursued a degree in History at Colorado College, where his academic studies deepened his interest in seeing historical places and landscapes firsthand.

Motivated by a balance of cultural, historical and environmental curiosity, Ezra has traveled widely. His entry into guiding and photography began in the Colombian Amazon, where he first worked as a translator and discovered a passion for sharing places and stories with others.

Since then, Ezra has worked as a Naturalist and Historian in diverse regions around the world. He feels most at home in higher latitudes, particularly in environments where ice, water and wildlife intersect, and brings a thoughtful, observational approach to interpretation.

Outside of expedition work, Ezra continues to build skills in landscape and wildlife photography, sailing, scuba diving and languages, and enjoys exploring new places through both outdoor travel and local food culture.
