Cook's Nook, a Zero-Waste Dining Experience

“The concept dinners at National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions are all about telling a story and connecting people with food,” explains Hotel Director Laura Fuentes. Aboard the National Geographic Resolution, guests dining in the Cook’s Nook can experience a zero-waste meal that maximizes every part of every locally sourced ingredient used. The seven-course tasting menu, crafted over 300 hours by our chefs, features delectable dishes such as cauliflower made in a variety of ways from the same stalk.
